Storage Instruction:
- As Pureness Bird’s Nest is 100% Pure Bird’s Nest, it does not required to be stored in refrigerator. It should be store in a cool and dry place.
- Avoid direct sun light.
- Avoid area with moisture content.
Cooking Instruction: 1 piece of Pureness Bird’s Nest (For 4pax)
- Soak in clear water for 2 hours. Observe that the bird’s nest expand 6 to 7 times.
- Dispose water used to soak the bird’s nest.
- Place the bird’s nest in slow cooker/ double boiler with approx. 450ml of water and add flavouring(rock sugar, etc…) for 2 to 3 hours.
- Enjoy the bird’s nest, while its hot.
