To increase value for our local customers, we are providing a FREE Registered
Article Service supported by SingPost for our entire Pureness
Bird's Nest
product range. We will provide the customer with a Registered Article Number
(exp. RR672819092SG) once we have dispatched the order.
Customers will usually receive their order during working hours within 3 working days.
If the product is undeliverable due to the absence of the intended recipient; the customer can request a FREE redelivery with the information provided on the Delivery Advice Slip.
Please note: redelivery is available as of the next working day (this excludes Sundays & Public Holidays).
Alternatively, customers can collect the product at the Singpost branch office stated on the Delivery Advice Slip (as of the next working day).
For Overseas Delivery (International)
We would love to implement the same value enjoyed by our local customers for our
overseas customers. However, due to the complexity of delivery rates for
different countries, we will need to perform rate calculations on an individual
customer basis.
Please Note:
- Higher delivery costs will be applied to overseas customers.
- Rates of insurance are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
- Custom duty charges are at the discretion of the receiving territory.
We will not ask you to throw away all those contaminated bird's nest.
After all, you are responsible for your family health and well-being.
